As a valued member of the Native Women Lead leadership team, the Board Director is entrusted with a pivotal role marked by collaboration and empowerment. With a commitment to upholding our organization's mission and fostering collective purpose, the Director plays a key part in selecting and supporting our Executive Director, shaping strategic initiatives, and ensuring robust financial stewardship. Moreover, they actively engage in fundraising efforts and champion our programs and services, serving as dedicated advocates and ambassadors.
