As a valued member of the Native Women Lead leadership team, the Board Director is entrusted with a pivotal role marked by collaboration and empowerment. Within our vibrant community, the Director's contributions are guided by a shared vision of creating a community that uplifts Native women entrepreneurs. With a commitment to upholding our organization's mission and fostering collective purpose, the Director plays a key part in selecting and supporting our Executive Director, shaping strategic initiatives, and ensuring robust financial stewardship. Moreover, they actively engage in fundraising efforts and champion our programs and services, serving as dedicated advocates and ambassadors.
