“I don’t want them to think I’m greedy.”
“I don’t want to rock the boat.”
“What if they say no?”

If any of these thoughts come up for you when you think about self-advocating and negotiating, you’re not alone.
We all need money to pay the bills, support our community and create our dream lifestyle. To make that paper, you need to confidently ask for a rate or salary that reflects your incredible value, and control how you influence and show up in your relationships with stakeholders. If asking for what you deserve and need in business scares you, this workshop is for you!

This workshop is designed for Womxn of Color to jumpstart their confidence and step into their worthiness. We’ll explore the fears and behavior patterns that stop you from activating your voice, so you can start negotiating like a badass and get the wealth, leadership and influence you deserve in business.

All are welcome: This is designed for all self-identified BIWOCs, including cis, gay, straight, non-binary and trans womxn -- if you're looking to level up your pay, business and recognition in your career, come through.

Native Women Lead in partnership with Nadia de Ala present:
“Womxn of Color Unapologetically Negotiate” workshop on #NativeWomen’sEqualPay Day

Thursday, October 1, 2020
12-1 pm MST

Takeaways:
● Identifying and managing the self-critical and self-sabotaging voices that typical stop BIWOCs from negotiating well or negotiating at all
● Three immediate steps you can take to get clear on your compensation goals, organize what to say at the negotiation table and be confident in your value
● A list of things you should avoid saying in your negotiation conversations (and life) and things you should start saying today

Stay tuned on how you can enter to win!
