Accountant

Job Description

The NWL Accountant is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the organization’s financial health and sustainability. This role will oversee all NWL’s financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in nonprofit accounting, grant management, and financial reporting, helping NWL maintain financial sustainability and transparency. The NWL Accountant will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization’s mission and goals.

The NWL Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing Native Women Lead Inc.’s daily business operations and administration. Duties include ensuring smooth daily operations, managing communications, supporting financial processes, coordinating logistics, and optimizing operational capabilities. This position also implements business strategies and operational policies in alignment with the organization’s values and goals.
