Job Description

The NWL Loan Fund Coordinator will lead the development and stewardship of new and existing programs within the Native Women Lead organization, such as the Matriarch Loan Fund. This includes leading TFIIW Community Table Building Virtual Programming, supporting Sisters in Finance to fi nd opportunities to give back to the community by leading an NWL event, and loan-granting processes beginning with dissemination through application, review, selection, reporting, and evaluation, as well as managing borrower-grantee-partner relationships, sharing of data, and capacity building of resources. The NWL Loan Fund Coordinator will report directly to the NWL Program Manager.

Job Description

The NWL Program Manager will lead the development and stewardship of new and existing support programs within the Native Women Lead organization, such as the The Future Is Indigenous Women (TFIIW), NWL summits and retreats. This includes designing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring virtual, hybrid, and in-person programming. This role ensures culturally relevant, trauma-informed, and impactful programming that supports Native women entrepreneurs and leaders. The NWL Program Manager will report directly to the Executive Director
